CUCM 10.5 RTMT can't launch

Hi guys, having weird issue can't start rtmt on my windows 7 , no errors , tried as a admin. It was working before i downgraded java to 6 for ucs upgrade . Is anyone knows which version of java required for rtmt at cucm 10.5 ?  anything exceptt java need to be fixed ?

found it java 1.7.0_71 , reinstall and install rtmt back fixed issue

The next time you also can just install it again. It should be easier.
