I need to get hands-on experience on CUCM, so I virtualized 11.5 version (FRESH INSTALL).
I need to undestand the demo license, is it activated? because my CallManager services are not running
Cisco Bulk Provisioning Service[STOPPED] Service Not Activated
Cisco CAR Web Service[STOPPED] Service Not Activated
Cisco CTIManager[STOPPED] Service Not Activated
Cisco CTL Provider[STOPPED] Service Not Activated
Cisco CallManager[STOPPED] Service Not Activated
Cisco CallManager SNMP Service[STOPPED] Service Not Activated
Cisco Certificate Authority Proxy Function[STOPPED] Service Not Activated
Cisco DHCP Monitor Service[STOPPED] Service Not Activated
Cisco Dialed Number Analyzer[STOPPED] Service Not Activated
Cisco Dialed Number Analyzer Server[STOPPED] Service Not Activated
Cisco DirSync[STOPPED] Service Not Activated
Cisco Directory Number Alias Lookup[STOPPED] Service Not Activated
Cisco Directory Number Alias Sync[STOPPED] Service Not Activated
Cisco Extended Functions[STOPPED] Service Not Activated
Cisco Extension Mobility[STOPPED] Service Not Activated
Cisco IP Manager Assistant[STOPPED] Service Not Activated

even my elm-admin page gets 404 error, just like the ccadmin/showhome.do does
please help me

Just navigate to the CUCM GUI with a web browser.

Yes, the problem is that it seems you have not activated any services, that is how any fresh install shows as default.
The license is only valid for 60 days, after that, you lose the ability to do any kind of changes

How can i Activate the demo license via cli?
since the elm via gui give me error 404?

No, you got this all wrong, you activate the SERVICES
The license timer started to count just after you installed it, you have to do nothing, it should show in ccmadmin how much time you have left.
