CUCM 12.5.1SU2 upgrade to SU3 failing dataBase sanity check preUpgradeCheck

1.9 FAIL Test dataBase Sanity

-" Standard Common Phone Profile " present in "commonphoneconfig" table.
It is recommended to fix the entries before upgrade

 

Not certain how to resolve this failure on the preUpgrade check. 

I have the factory Standard Common Phone Profile and two others I created.

502 Record(s) are using Common Phone Profile: Standard Common Phone Profile

Likely you’d need to involve TAC to correct this.

AFAIK the version you have is SU1, not SU2. A SU2 would be a version 12900.

Just a tip, modify slightly the name and description of the Standard Common Phone Profile and save it. And it will work.
