Restart the Database Layer (DBL), the Real-time Information Server (RIS) services and then the IIS service. Then, before you attempt the next procedure, and if you know the MLA password, try to login to the Cisco CallManager Administrator page.
If you cannot login with Cisco CallManager Administration or you forget the password for Cisco CallManager Administrator when MLA is enabled, then you need to login as Administrator. This is possible only if MLA is disabled. MLA needs to be disabled from the Cisco CallManager Administration page. But since the login for the Administration page fails, an alternate method is to use the SQL Enterprise Manager to disable MLA.
