CUCM 7.0.2 Connection to the Server cannot be established

Can't browse Sub features services from Pub. I also can't browse Pub feature services from Sub with out getting the error below. I am running CUCM 7.0.2 on one server and both Pub and Subs as VM's.

Can the nodes ping each other (utils network connectivity is the CLI command)?

You haven't changed the security passphrase on any of the nodes have you?

After that run a Unified CM Database Status report from the Cisco Unified Reporting UI. You should see green across the board but the most important piece is the table labeled All servers replication state (click the plus icon to see it). If any of the nodes have a status higher than two (2) you have a problem.

The troubleshooting guide has the steps involved in reseting the database replication if you need to.
