Greetings,
I'm trying to clean up a bunch of old voicemail profiles. When I select the profile, it tells me there are 0 devices associated. When I go back and try to delete it from the "Find/List" page, the delete fails because there are 11 devices associated with it and I should check the dependency records. When I check the dependency records I am told there are 0 devices associated.
There was a lot of clean up to get all devices on the new voicemail profiles, so I am wondering if either a reboot or a 24 hour wait will help me.
Any suggestions are appreciated!
