What is the output of 'utils service list' from the CLI. If you're on the console instead of SSH you can use 'utils service list page' to see the output one page at a time (equivelent to Linux less command). The Cisco Tomcat service should be started. If not you can try 'utils service restart Cisco Tomcat' to see if it just needs a kick in the pants.  Be patient!

Hi Joanthan
All services are up

the problem as follows

the publisher was up and running nothing wrong with it

the subscriber keep giving me error performance issue while installation

i swaped the publisher's hard disk with the subscriber and vice versa

when i starts the subscriber which has the publisher hard disk

i can ping it from all network devices but i can't access it by GUI

swapping was a dummy move but i had no choice

so is there any way to fix it or i have to reinstall it again

Thanks

In your situtation, if you have an issue(s) during the installation, I suggest that you re-install your subscriber. I am afraid that there are some configurations incorrectly/mistake during the installation. I also have your issue same as you; login to the GUI in a long response. However, you cannot access the GUI until the publisher is running at least five mins. Pls also making sure that the connectivity between pub and sub(s) are good otherwise, it also causes the problem.

My Friend

I reinstalled it 5 or 6 times

I think it has a hardware issue, I'm not sure

I changed the "RAM, HDD, CPU"

but the same error message

I finished installing the PUB

but the SUB before it finishes, Performance issue message appears

So I changed THE HDD between the PUB and SUB

the SUB which has the PUB HDD worked fine as a CLI but GUI not

in this situation when i tried to reinstall the SUB which has the PUB HDD as a fresh installation

when Checking the PUB step

The SUB can't see the PUB

even I can ping it from my labtop

but I don't what the problem

anyway I think the company will replace the SUB

Thanks for ur tries guys
