  I've a  problem, on the web interface the ntp is accessible and in SSH it's unsynchronised. ntp server is a

Microsoft server     .Any help will be highly appreciated..

Microsoft Windows runs SNTP, not full NTPv4. You need a real NTP server. Either sync to an IOS router or a public NTP server.

Thankyou it works after i made CISCO 2811 as a NTP server..
