CUCM 8.6>>>Can't access the serviceability>Tools>Service Activation page

I have installed CUCM 8.6 in VMware workstation and whenever i access Serviceability>Tools>Service Activation,it shows error "The requested resource (/ccmservice/ccmservice) is not available."...attached is output of util service list...Please anyone guide.

Hi, 

Can you access the CM Administration page?

When you install CUCM on VMware workstation to make a lab and run or restart the VM, the administration resources take a long time to finish the process, so you have to wait up to 15 or 20 minutes to access CUCM by web.

yes, CM admin page is accessible.I face this issue only in mentioned path i.e. Serviceability>Tools>Service Activation page...as i needed to activate some services....there was a suggestion on another forum to assign static IP on cucm...I have also tried it...but it doesn't work both on static or DHCP assigned IP.

How many resources do you have into physical server that is running VMware Workstation?

Maybe it is the issue.
