CUCM 9.1.2 disconnects Calls after re-INVITE from VCS x.8

hi,

I've deployed a CUCM 9.1.2SU1 and a VCS Control / Expressway x.8.

The Szenario is the following:

EX60/90 (TC6.3.2) --> SIP --> CUCM --> SIP TLS --> VCSc --> Assent --> VCSe --> H.323/SIP/SIP TLS --> The World :-)

I initiate a Video call via the EX60 to a remote endpoint behind the VCSe. The Call connects. everything looks good. After 15 minutes the cucm disconnects the call.

The VCSc sends an INVITE Message to the CUCM. The CUCM sends an INVITE Message to the EX60. The EX60 answers with 200 OK. Then the CUCM sends BYE to VCS and to EX60

In the BYE message I found the Reason Q.850:cause=47

does anyone have an idea what could be? I haven't :-(

thx for ur help

Nico

I would try to update the EX60/90's firmware. I remember seeing an issue with the similar behavior although I am unable to find the bug ID.

Please rate useful posts.

I don't think it's the firmware. I have also tested with SX20 and 7.1.4 :(

Did you resolve this issue? I am seeing similar issue on 9.1.2 but with secure Jabber for Windows Client

issue fixed. It's a bug in cucm 9.x. --> CSCud38314

The Bug is fixed in CUCM 10.x
