CUCM 9.1.2 JTAPI on Windows 2016 Standard

Hi,

We are upgrading Verint Call Recording from V11.1 to 15.2. This also includes new hardware refresh.

Part of the install requires us to install JTAPI. I downloaded JTPAI plug-in (both the 32-bit and the 64-bit) from CUCM. It is not successfully installing on our new Windows 2016 Standard server. Apparently there should be a "makecall" directory in C:\Program Files\JTAPITools

Is CUCM 9.1.2 JTAPI component supported on Windows 2016 standard?

Hi,

CUCM version 9.0 JTAPI is not supported on Windows Server 2016. CUCM version 11.5 and later are supported on it. Here is the URL:
