CUCM 9.1 Download Issues?

All - CUCM 9.1 was released on CCO yesterday.  Has anybody been able to successfully download it yet?  Me and other colleagues are getting "Additional Entitlement Required" error messages even though we a Gold partner and have valid contracts.

We don’t think this is a posting problem with the 9.1(1) files.  Possibly, it’s related to a tighter controls on who can download software upgrades from Cisco.com.

My recommendation is to follow the “Email technical support for 24x7 assistance” in the error message, if you haven’t already.  Cisco is on a shutdown now until after the 1st, but technical support will still be staffed.

We are a Cisco Partner as well and we have lots of Customers on CUWL so we should be able/allowed to download the bits.

I have no problems downloading the new IM&P 9.1. It's just CUCM that is denied (entitlement warning).
