cucm 9.1 off-net ring cadence

Off-net calls come in with a double-ring, where internal calls have a single ring.  Customer would like to stop this from happening.

is there a way to modify this cadence for off-net calls other than classifying all gateway / trunk calls as "off-net?"

You can change Call Classification value under Service Parameters --> Cisco Callmanager "Device General" Section default is off-net.

Thanks for the reply.

I was trying to figure out if there was a way to modify the cadence without marking every call "on-net."  Is there any detrement to having all calls marked on-net?

Hi Matthew.
The only onption offered by CUCM is changing call classification to have the same ring cadence for all calls.
I don't see any particular issue on changing that value.
