CUCM and CUP failed to Sync

Hi All

I have a CUCM 11.5 and Cups 11.5 and the changes made on CUCM does not replicate to the CUP, but if i restart the dir sync service on cup the changes are replicated.

On system dasboard apears "Sync Completed, but currently failed to connect to the CUCM Database Monitor."

What are the exact versions for CUCM and IM&P?

What changes are not replicating?

Cisco AXL Web Service is used for configuration sync between CUCM and IMP.

For example new users not apperar on the presense cluster, or users asigned to server 1 or 2.

Is the Cisco Sync Agent service running correctly?
