CUCM auto call to Jabber

Hi everyone.

My system includes:

• CUCM 10.5.1
• IM&P 10.5.1
• Expressway-C & E 8.5.2

I can use MRA to connect successfully Jabber on Windows from Internet. Unfortunately, I meet an issue: If I call by extension number to internal, automatically there is a call from CUCM to me, but if I call by URI, there is not.

Are there anyone meeting the issue? Please show me how to resolve.

Could you check that your jabber-config.xml has the following line:

<EnableSIPURIDialling>True</EnableSIPURIDialling>

You should be able to see it by going to:

http://<yourtftpcucm>:6970/jabber-config.xml

Maybe you don't understand my issue. It's not that I can't call by URI. There are 2 calls when I use extension, one from me to extension, one from CUCM to me. If I use URI, there is only one call from me to URI.

Yes, I upgraded CUCM to 11.0.1 and Expressway to 8.7.0.
