CUCM-BE 911 Notification

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is a way to alert an admin when 911 is dialed?  ER is not present in the environment.

Both CUCM and BE have no way to dual notification to both PSAP and an internal person. You could look at 911 notification built into Informacast. You need to buy a minimum 100 license block but then you are covered for as many phones you have in the enterprise (I don't work for Singlewire :-))
