CUCM CLI stuck at please wait after changing security license

Hello all, 

 

We just changed the security password of our cucm-pub 10.5.2 and it stuck on (please wait)

for like an hour now, we dont even know if it succeeded or not. we did this because we are installing a subscriber which kept failing probably because of this sec pass

 

any ideas?

I was just trying to find if u are hitting any related bug. Just check and take help of Cisco TAC.
