CUCM deny call forward between partitions

Hi all, we have a customer request for call forward feature.

The scenario

- 1 partition named "ISOLATED"

- 1 partition named "INTERNALS"

- 1 partition named "EXTERNAL"

The question:

The INTERNALS can call to the ISOLATED and to the EXTERNALS

The INTERNALS not must can transfer calls to the ISOLATED.

The INTERNALS must can transfer calls to the EXTERNALS

How can I accomplish this?

The same CSSs you use to call, are used for transfer, there is no way to do what you're asking.
