CUCM End User field update via PCP not working

Hi Folks,

I need some help with Prime provisioning. We have a customer who is running PCP version 11.6 along with CUCM 11.5SU2. 

We have it all running and user provisioning done all fine. However for some other purpose AD admin has to update the mobile number field of those users and that's all when the issue started.

So for e.g. when the user first provisioned the user mobile number field was set up as for e.g. "483 956 101", but after the change it is now "483956101" and this change is reflected in PCP, however this change doesn't gets pushed to CUCM under end user. Under CUCM end user page i still see mobile number field as '483 956 101'.

Above is for e.g. only, even if you replace the mobile number field with different number it reflects it in PCP, but not in CUCM. Any idea ??
