CUCM/JTAPI delay in activating phones for InformaCast paging.
Experiencing a delay of around 4 seconds for CUCM/JTAPI to activate the phones for InformaCast live audio paging. We're configuring Resiliency on the InformaCast cluster and needed to enable JTAPI for it to function. The CUCM, InformaCast server, and phones are all local. Thanks
