CUCM MOH file doesn't start from the beginning

Hello Friends,

                    I have Cisco CUCM 11.0.xxx in cluster of pub abd 2 subs in my network.

The issue is that my MOH files used, whatever I select, when play it doen't start from the beginning, even though I DON't multicast.

I see no tuning for MOH file start, the file needs to start from the beginning, what can I do?
