Hi, All.
All settings have been completed by referring to the documentation on the website below.
After completing the setup, I called Conference Now (7777).
However, the call is not connected and the call ends immediately.
I don't know which setting is the problem or the function is the problem.
Please help.
Thanks.
Are you trying from internal or external.
If its from external,7777 is it your DID?
Does the gateways has proper CSS to reach 7777 if partition configured .
If its internal, Check the phone you trying has CSS which can access 7777 if partition configured.
Naturally, 7777 exists in the same CSS as other phone terminals.
Other CUCM settings can be done without any problems, but if you set them only in that CUCM, Conference Now IVR does not work.
I hope you got confused with CSS and Partition.

Yes. The partition was set up without any problem as shown below.

>> I have built a test CUCM because the IVR does not work in the running CUCM.
There is no problem at all in that environment.
Hope your calling device has CSS which can access Station_Simmtech_CJ partition.
Can you check if Interactive Voice Response(IVR) is registered.
if not registered check if you activated Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App Service
whats your CUCM version.
IVR is normally registered.
I also restarted the Cisco IP Voice Media Straming App Service, but the symptoms are the same.
The CUCM version is 11.5, which was previously migrated from version 8.6.
Change 7777 partition to None and try if it’s working.
I changed the partition of the 7777 to none, but the symptoms are the same.
There is no connection and it is disconnected immediately
Do you have MRGL applied with IVR ?
