CUCM phonebook not showing up in video endpoints?

I have a CUCM 10 server and have registered a couple SX10's and SX80's to it. I can't get the phonebooks to show up on the SX's? 

On the endpoint under Configuration --> Phonebook Server, it is set to a type of CUCM and the url is https://<servername>:8443/cucm-uds/users
