CUCM PLM Restore

Hi there,

I recently had to restore CUCM 11.5 with onboard PLM, I had a backup of the PLM as well and it restored but the licenses didnt and i had to log a TAC and prove the licenses had to be provided, I just want to know if this is normal that the licenses dont restore? if not then what is the purpose of backing up PLM?

Did you hardcoded the MAC address from the PLM and used that same MAC address in the machine where you restored?
