CUCM Router Icon is black in list of gateways

Hello,

CUCM System version: 11.5.1.14900-11

I've never seen this before and I'm not sure what it means, or if it means anything at all.  When I go to Devices -> Gateways and list all of my gateways, it shows our VG310 router with a black icon (see attached screenshot).  What does the black icon mean?

I am not aware of this meaning anything, is this consistent across different browsers?  Looks to me like a browser issue.
