If my CUCM is running in mixed mode and all end devices use a secure sip profile with encryption and encrypted TFTP enables. What does enabling FIPS mode do that is different?
FIPS uses Red Hat Open-swan, While CUCM when disabling FIPS will use Racoon. if there is security polices applied that is not validated with FIPS the CUCM will ask you to redefine it.
