Hi,

you can get this info on Docwiki.

http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Unified_Communications_in_a_Virtualized_Environment

the site does not seem to be working otherwise I would have shared the info.

the bug referred asks TAC case to be opened since it requires root access.

If it is a lab system you can try the steps suggested by Aman. However, if this is a Production system then it will not be TAC supported as CUCM 7.x is supported on UCS only for Jump upgrade to 9.x version.

Thanx Aman,

After getting root access and by issuing above command resolved the issue.

Thanx,

Haseeb
