CUCM v14

I was wondering if anybody has any guide or something for CUCM migration from v8.x to the newest version of the CUCM (v14).

Go through the upgrade migrate guide, PCD administration guide, Release Notes and Read me docuemnts . it has all required information. Migrate using Prime Collaboration Deployment(PCD) that will be the best option for your scenario.
