Hi Amal,

UCSInstall_UCOS_12.0.1.22900-11.sgn.iso can only use for an upgrade from the previous version. cisco stop publishing their major version to the public as they do earlier days.

you have to contact the Cisco team and with your existing contract and they will provide you the new link to download the required major version of the call manager.

Regards,
Shalid

Hi there,

You have to deploy the OVA first. You cant download the ISO Bootable files from software central. You have to order using PUT (Product Upgrade Tool) with your active service contract or touch base with your Cisco SE/AM.

R-UCL-UCM-LIC-K9 is the license part number and you can reach out to licensing@cisco.com with your contract details to get the licenses

Hope this Helps

Cheers
