CUCM11 TSPx64 on Windows 10

Hi, we've acquired CUCM11 via NFR program, however TSP does not work on Windows 10.   This seems to be known bug: https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuw55248 

According to http://www.cisco.com/web/software/282074295/137221/cucm-readme-1101asu3.pdf this issue is resolved in Release 11.0(1a)SU3 

However, when I attempt to download the update it says "a service contract is required to download software".  How can I get the required service contract in order to download this update?

You can reach out to Software download team if you have issues with downloading software from Cisco.com and the contract is added onto the profile at ent-dl@cisco.com.

For problem with your CCO profiles and adding contracts on the profile, you can reach out to web-help@cisco.com. And our Cisco.com admin team can assist you.
