CUCME SIP Phone with a changable MAC address

Hi guys ,

Recently I've got a 4451 router with a CUCME v12 license on it.

I've configured a several SIP Phones and they works well,when i configured the voice register pool section i had to insert the id mac <mac> of the specific ip phone (model 7821) .

I beleive that sometimes in the future that specific ip phone may be replaced by another ip phone , when this situtaion will occur i guess that some technian will be need to login to this router and change the new id mac.

Is there is any other way to register my ip phones without configure a specific MAC id  ? like to configure IP Phone's ip address

once more , all my IP Phones are connected to the router switch module and everyone gets they unique ip address according to DHCP reserved pool port based.

So the IP Phones IP Address is unique.

phones register with the MAC address. There is no option register with IP Address.

U can use some dummy Mac.
