CUCME Unified CallConnector functionality

I have 2 short questions regarding the “presence” functionality of CallConnector:

-         1) While using CallConnector on CCME is it possible to see presence status of another user (is his line busy or not?) even if he doesn’t have CallConnector software installed?

-         2)  Is this feature real-time (changing based on the line availability) or based on the status that a person has chosen on his CallConnector?

Basically I'm looking for a solution for a secretary that will allow her to track the availability of other employees by monitoring their telephone lines (I'm talking about around 160 users, so it should be an application and not a 7915/7916 extension)

Hello

Callconnector shows presence status based on the phone line status on the phone. Regarding questions #1...can you send an email to cs-callconnector@external.cisco.com as this alias is monitored by the Call connector team.
