CUE 2.3 voicemail to email notification

Hi,

I Have cisco 2821 router with CME running and have an AIM module with CUE 2.3 installed on it.

My cell notification works fine no issues but when it comes to email notification it doesnt somehow.

I have configured the smtp server that i can ping so thats fine and have enabled traces in CUE module to look into where it goes wrong.

Following are the output of traces that showed up when i left the VM and it triggered to send an email;

Kindly provide assistance in this aspect please.

System wide and user notification all are enabled no issues with them. I have set the notifications for all messages and all the time. Outgoing email address has been configured.
