CUE Installation on ISM SRE 300 K9

I m trying to install cme-vm-full-k9.SPA.sme.8.6.10.prt1 on cisco 2901. after putting the command "service-module ISM 0/0 install URL ftp://"

got an error as mentioned below.

%Error: Couldn't open ftp://*****.******@10.45.23.45/dir/cme-vm-full-k9.SPA.sme.8.6.10.prt1.install.sre

Execution of script cue-vm-full-k9.spa.sme.8.6.10.prt1.install.sre failed, installation aborted.

Kindly help me out...appreciate a prompt response...
