Folks,
I'm trying to integrate Unity Express with Call Manager Express. Following is the output of show software lic. As application mode its displaying is 'CCM', does this mean that it can only be integrated with CUCM, but not with CME. What is the way around? Actually the issue is I'm getting error while tryting to login to CUE GUI.
I'm on 2811 platform (AIM-CUE).

You need to do a clean install of CUE and install cme license. Please check the following

Thanks Manish for your reply.
We don't have valid contract to download the license file for CME, does this mean that now it's not possible to integrate CUE module with Call Manager Express?
Application mode: CCM
Is the above output means that CUE can integrate only with CUCM?
For your information, although I'm getting error while entering Call Manager IP address information in CUE GUI, however from CME extension, I can call-in to voice mail number of CUE. What does this means?

For using CUE with CME you need the CME license. The only way to do it is by doing a clean install of cue and applying the cme license. There are numerous posts with similar issue like the ones below

Thanks...
What I meant to say even if I have license to integrate only with CUCM, still I'm able to call-in to voice-mail and AA numbers of CUE from CME extension. Is it a valid behavior?
And since I can't get new license any more b/c of no download account, there is no other way now?

Hi,
You may be able to call the AA but will not be able to access any voicemail. Also, there is no other option for integrating CUE with CME.

I've added users manually in CUE, now CME extension is able to forward call to VM number and even call-in to get the voicemail. So even without integration with CME, I'm able to use the basic voice-mail functionality. I'm not sure what else I won't be able to use.

Was the CUE reloaded after the last license file installation? Can you try a reload of CUE and check how it works with voicemail?

Yes, I tried with reload and still result is same. I can login and make call to CUE from CME devices by simple dial-peer configuration pointing to CUE IP address.
