CUE script

Hi,

I am not very familar with CUE scripting and need for CUE 8.0.3 an AA script.

I would be very happy if someone could provide me a script acting this way:


.) The script uses the Schedule “systemschedule”.

.) Incoming calls within business hours:

  1. Play Welcome Prompt with file name Welcome.wav
  2. Transfer caller to B-ACD with extension 220

.) Incoming calls outside business hours

  1. Play Welcome Prompt with file name Welcome.wav
  2. Transfer caller to Voicemail GDM with extension 293

.) No Prompts must be used.

Hi Thomas,

You can create a "Business hours" in the script, where you can mention the default system Schedule as the value.

it will have two children one is "Open" and the other is "Closed", where you can add play prompt option and after that you can give "Call redirect" option which will redirect the call where ever needed accordingly.
