CUEAC 8.5 TCP Disconnect every two hours

Weird issue in which I have not been able to find a solution with TAC or ARC.  My CUEAC server will lose connection to some PCs every two hours (8:15, 10:15, etc) each day.  It will not be on an odd hour and it happens to only 3 PCs. 3 other PCs have never had the issue.  We've looked at the PCs and I cant find a difference in their setup nor can i determine a process or service that begins or stops during that time.  I have just upgraded the windows 2008 32 bit server to the most recent service pack and all updates and the problem continues.  The clients receive "Server:connection lost. Retry login?"  a retry will receive "unable to connect on port 1859".  during the outage, the clients are unable to ping the server but the other clients can ping the server.  Yes the clients that can ping the server are on the same subnet as those that cannot.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  I have attached the CTI_server.  problem begins at 8:12:16ish

also running a procmon on client shows a tcp_disconnect
