CUEAC 9.1.1.10 : Check operator time in emergency state

Hi experts ,

I wanted to know if it is possible to check the time that this operator in the state "emergency" (F10).


The emergency routes the call to a CTI and the Unity into a mailbox .

Looks like such a specific report for "Go Unavailable" status is not available. However, there are other reports available to monitor the activity of operators as mentioned in the following guide
