Hello,
I'm trying to identify the report which will provide these two stats "Per Agent", not as a summary. I can get the summary results with the "Common Skill CSQ Activity" report but that isn't what the supervisor is looking for.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks to all in advance!
