CUIC Call Detail report not returning any results

We are having problems running the stock CVP "Call Detail" report from our CUIC 9.0(1) installation.

Our data sources appear to be setup properly, and the other reports (e.g. "Call" report) do return results.

When running the "Call Detail" report over the same time period in which the "Call" report returns results, no results are returned, and no errors are displayed. Our data source configuration looks good, shows that the database is online, and again other reports are returning results.

I understand one difference between the "Call Detail" report and the other reports is it calls a stored procedure named "sp_cuic_query" (as opposed to executing an SQL select statement).

For this particular setup the deployment model used was CVP Standalone VXML Server with Reporting, ICM is not being used. Does this report require a comprehensive deployment model to return results?
