Hi

We have cisco Call Manager running on vmware, we have lost access to the OS accounts on the GUI but do have access to the CLI, can I reset the GUI password from the CLI, if so how do I do that and if not is there A way I can reset the GUI passwords including CU IM and Presence Reporting, CU IM and Presence Serviceability with wiping things out.

if u have access to CLI u can change the application password by issuing below command.

utils reset_application_administrator_ui_password

Change or Reset CUCM OS Admin and Security Password well explained in the below link.
