CUPC works in two modes - 'desk phone' (e.g. controlling your physical IP phone) or 'softphone' (it acts as a voice/video endpoint, with your laptop speakers/headphone/video camera).
Which mode do you want to use?
Have you added a Client Services Framework device to CUCM?
Have you associated that device to your end user account?
Click 'Help/Server Health' to see what is and is not working.
If that doesn't help, post up a screen grab of the Server Health page as well as a problem report.
Thankyou for your help , after i add CUCM-PUB hostname and IP addresses in my PC C:windows/system32/drivers/etc/host file the issue resolved..
Have a look :
# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost
No problem... but I'm not sure 3 stars was worth the effort :-(
