CUPC 8.5 Monitoring 2 DN's

Hi Guys,

     I have a CUPS 8.5 Deployment with CUPC 8.5. My CUPC is controlling my Deskphone and i can take my primary line calls from CUPC. I have a secondary line configured in my DeskPhone. Can i control my secondary line to answer calls from CUPC?

Not simultaneously; the CTI control must choose a specific device/DN combination to control. Within CUPC you can click on the model that appears underlined at the bottom of the window. It will open the Desk Phone Device selection (i.e. CTI control) window. You will see a drop-down on the right where you can choose the DN to control.
