CUPC cannot play VM messages but can download, delete and mark as read

Hello,  

Every time that I try to listening voicemail messages via CUPC, I got an error: "Cannot play or open this message. Error retrieving the message from the server." 

CUPC can deleted and mark as read but cannot play.

I've read many docs and my Presence Book but I can not solve this problem.
I don't know if it is a Server config error or a problem w/ my Desktop.


The intersting point is that the voicemail audio files are at my PC  ....\Cisco\Unified Personal
Communicator\VoiceMail\<audio files.wav>. And there I can clique on the file and listening the audio.



At CUPC
Server Healph menu, I can see my VoiceMail state green, but when I click at the
message Icon It goes to gray and back to green some seconds later.


I have already checked:

1) the
login/password at Message Account in CUPC. It is the same as the CUC web login
user/password.

2) the
VoiceMail Server/Profile/Mailstore configuration at CUPS admin page.

3) I have
allowed Users to Access Voice Mail Using an IMAP Client and Allowed Users to
Use Unified Client to Access Voice Mail
at CUC.


May someone help with a suggestion to correct this problem?

Ok, solved.

It was related to the Company Security polices at the Windonws XP.

As soon as I installed at another clean PC, it worked as expected.
