CUPC cannot subscribe service

I want to subscribe IP PhoneMessenger Service to CUPC but

When I go to Device > Phone then click my UPC Device, In Related Links navigation box at the top right do not have Subscribe/Unsubscribe services.

My CUCM and CUPS version are 6.0

UPC at this point is not a fully functional softphone so IP phone services can't be utilized. To utilize IP Phone Messenger you'll need to use a desk phone, or IP Communicator.
