Hi, I have a customer that is using the the CUPC client and dialing from outlook contacts.
This all works well with one notable exception, when a contact has and extension (for example 234-567-8903 x1234) in the number, the number cannot be dialed and you get a reorder tone.
I have looked through various ideas using application dial rules, specialized route patterns, etc and there doesn't seem to be any great ways I can see to either remove the extension completely so that only the actual phone number is forwarded or even better attempt to utilize the extension once the call goes through to an auto attendant.
If anyone has any suggestions that they feel might work, it would be greatly appreciated.
