I have some behavior with the presence server that a customer complaints a little...
If a user sent an IM to another one and not actually in the contact list of the recepient of the IM, it shows only the login name and not the full name with first name/last name.
Anyone already experienced such a thing and know how to solve that?
Concrete example:
user A login : 021234567
user A name : Paul C.
user B login : 021234568
user B name : John D.
user C login : 021234566
user C name : Sarah W.
user C is in the contact list of user A
user B is NOT in the contact list of user A
user C send IM to user A:
--> Display name : Paul C.
user B send IM to user A :
--> Display name : 021234568
Any tip would be more than appreciated!
