CUPCv8 and CUPSv8

Greeting all

I`m actually running into an issue where i have a user who when logged in into CUPCv8 got the following error

A device initialization  error has occurred.  Invalid credentials. [801]

i`m not using any integration with LDAP, the think is that for another one it`s working perfecty and i have the same config except that for USER 1 (the one not working) is only using a softphone!

Any help please

Wooow looks like it`s kind of a bug or something, as soon as i reset the password to the same old one it`s working great!
