CUPS 8.5.2.10000-49

Since I've upgraded to CUPS 8.5.2.10000-49 I can't add new licensed users.  Has anyone else experienced this issue.

Can you check whether you have DLU's left on the CUCM? You can check it under the licensing part on the CUCM. You should have enough licenses left to enable you to add new licensed users.

Thanks for your assistance.  I'm that DLU's in CUCM have no Bering on the problem that I'm experiencing.  With that said, I've check my over 2500 DLU's left in CUCM.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think this has to do with the upgrade from a previous version of CUPS to 8.5.2.  I'm wondering if other's have experienced similar.

In CUCM licensing section, when you assign the CUP and CUPC capabilities to the end users, what error message do you see?

I figured it out.  I had to update the license via the PUT tool.
