hi
is there a way for a jabber client to move a call from their deskphone to their jabber client (osx or windows, not mobile) or vice versa
the only way i have figured out how to do this is to put the call in park and then retrieve it
is there another way?

Hi Rogier
Assuming that you have a shared line between the two devices (the CSF and the desk phone) you can just hold it on the active phone, then resume the call on the other.

ok, so this works when you select send audio through computer before placing or receiving the call.
but if you have selected send audio thorugh the desk phone you can place the call on hold but when you retrieve it using the jabber client it resumes on the deskphone
but with send audio through the computer you can answer it either on jabber client or desk phone and place it on hold and pick it up on the other and vice versa
you cannot change this setting while a call takes place, is this expected behaviour or is could this be due to misconfiguration on my part?

Hi Rogier
Yes, that would be expected. The client only runs one mode at a time.
